Overview
Corporate Solicitor Birmingham NQ-3 yr PQE Top 100 Firm I am working with a prestigious Top 100 Firm in Birmingham who are looking for a Corporate Solicitor (0-3yr PQE) to join their highly regarded department. The role is interesting and carries a varied caseload including mergers and joint ventures, and advisory work in relation to constitutional changes, establishing new corporate entities and governance best practice. You will be working closely with senior members of the team as well as running your own caseload. You will be a Solicitor with corporate experience (ideally in transactional matters including group structures, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and collaborations) having trained with a leading national/regional practice. Experience or at least a desire to work in the not-for profit sector is required. In return you will receive a generous salary, bonus and benefits.
