They are an award-winning, full service, law firm who are immensely proud of the work they carry out for clients and the culture they provide to their people. Your new role The opportunity is to work alongside the partner and part of a team whose clients include a significant number of banks/lenders, insolvency practitioners in the North West, directors of distressed businesses, creditors and debtors with a particular expertise of fixed charge and LPA receivership having acted on numerous receiverships. They have a national restructuring & insolvency department across their 6 offices with each location being run as a centre of excellence with Manchester focussing on complex litigation & corporate advisory as well as the general restructuring and insolvency matters. What you'll need to succeed You will have a broad range of non-contentious and contentious restructuring & insolvency experience as well as strong academics and the desire to be part of a successful department.
