Overview
Construction Lawyer This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive to join an award winning, Top 100 Law firm within their Construction department. You will be required to manage a busy caseload of Contentious and Non Contentious matters on behalf of a variety of regional and national clients including public bodies and funders, developers and main contractors. Your caseload will be varied and include but not limited to; advising on, drafting and negotiating construction contract documentation and the resolution of construction disputes. Initially you will work on both Contentious and Non Contentious matters before being given an opportunity to specialise in either field. The successful candidate will be a newly qualified Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive that has previous experience of Construction law, Applicants with Real Estate experience that are looking to specialise in Construction will also be considered. You will possess strong academics, be technically strong and comfortable with a high level of responsibility from the offset. In addition to a competitive salary there is also a generous benefits package.
