Working as an integral part of this very successful team with highly acclaimed partners you will have the opportunity to work on wide range of matters on behalf of a most impressive client portfolio, enjoy a high level of client contact and have the opportunity to grow the department. With this wide range of work the successful Banking Solicitor will need most certainly need to be adaptable. Matters will include undertaking all types of Funding Work, including: Loan Agreements, Security Documents, Bond Finance and related work will be part of your diet You will ideally already have a good grasp of secured and unsecured loan transactions through 5,6,7,8 or more years post qualification experience, which will be needed to not only cope with the work load that awaits but have the gravitas and way with all to maintain and develop client relationships.
