Overview
Chadwick Nott are working with an expanding residential property company seeking a number of residential property conveyancers, legal executives and fee earners. Our client have offices in Northampton and Milton Keynes, but home working is an option for the right candidate. The caseload will be a traditional mix of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold. This mixed residential property caseload will include traditional transactions, newbuild, shared ownership, stair casing and transfers of equity. You must be able to show experience of managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing from inception to completion. It is also important that you can demonstrate excellent client care skills. On offer is an excellent market rate salary/benefits package. An opportunity to work from home for the right candidate and easily commutable offices.
