Overview
Role: Estimator Salary: £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience Location: Sheffield Our client are a specialist fit out/design business with a range of clients across all industries. The role: Our client has a requirement for an experienced Estimator, with a proven track record in either the interior fit-out or construction industry, preferably with an understanding of mechanical and electrical services. Duties include: Read and take off from architectural drawings and BIM models. Undertake site visits where necessary. Produce estimates and quotes for the full content of work. Ability to confidently liaise with new and existing clients, suppliers and other project parties as required. The suitable candidate: You will have a proven track record in either the interior fit-out or construction industry, preferably with an understanding of mechanical and electrical services. We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, dynamic and preferably someone who has hands-on experience, who is happy working within a fast paced environment both as a team and on their own initiative.
