Account Manager

We are seeking a talented Senior Account Manager to join our market leading organisation. We are global market leaders in our field and there has been significant investment in the organisation including the recent acquisition of Aspiring Minds. As a result, we have created this brand-new field-based position. Come and join us, the opportunities are endless As our newly appointed Account Manager you will provide support to the European sales teams and be SHL's expert for coding products. A new launch for the business. You will work with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to accelerate the sales process for coding and close large and complex engagements. Key Accountabilities: You will be the subject matter expert on SHL’s coding solutions, and partner with the sales teams to develop solutions that will delight our customers. You will be involved in scoping conversations and support bid response teams by providing strategic direction. You will be required to be thought leader attending and speaking at events and conferences. In addition you will be responsible for writing blogs as well as providing expertise on market trends. You will champion the development of new products and services and partner with the sales teams to create strategies. Required Skills & Experience: Proven track record of building and maintaining excellent customer relationships with both technical and business stakeholders either in a sales role or as a recruiter. Consistent proven achievement against goals or targets. Experience either coding or the broader IT market Belief in importance and relevance of talent management solutions and SHL’s product offerings. What’s on Offer?
