Overview
I’m recruiting a Scrum Master for a Financial Services business in Cardiff. Salary up to £55,000pa benefits. My client is looking for someone to play a vital role in developing and motivating teams in order to successfully deliver high quality business solutions. You’ll be required to facilitate all Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, refinement, demos and retrospectives, and work closely with the Product Owner to define the product roadmap and ensure the product backlog are in good shape for delivery. The successful candidate will contribute to the my client’s Agile community, driving opportunities for improvement and providing technical leadership through coaching and mentorship to guide a scrum team.
