Responsibilities of the teacher As a Year 6 Teacher, you will be teaching a vibrant, energetic group of children amounting to a 26 class total. Your responsibilities in this Primary teacher role will include keeping your lessons current and relevant, preparing the students for their important final year in Primary school. The teacher will be required to commit to the school and their class with effective planning and preparation for lessons and activities.
