Overview
Our client is seeking an Independent Advisor for a group of Safeguarding Children Partnerships (SCP’s). Required commitment is approx. 48 days per year , paid at an attractive daily rate. The role will involve the following: Independent Chair for the board meetings Provide scrutiny and verification of the SCP’s assurance work Provide annual independent assessments of the effectiveness of multi-agency safeguarding arrangements in the SCP areas Contribute to the continuous development of effective SCP’s … further information available via formal JD Requirements of the role: Social Work qualified Expertise at a senior and strategic level Safeguarding children knowledge and experience Ability to chair strategic meetings Understanding of multi-agency working at a strategic level If this isn’t the job for you, please have a think about whether you can recommend a friend or colleague – we are offering £250 PER successful recommendation.
