OUR CLIENT is a privately owned, Specialist Food Ingredients Manufacturer, supplying both Retail and Foodservice companies with bespoke ingredients solutions and a solid and professional management team. THE ROLE will Report to the Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the day to day running of the Quality Assurance Department. Responsible for carrying out internal auditing and keeping these records up to date. Keeping the testing specification for the laboratory up to date. Monitoring of raw material shelf life and assessment of this stock. Main Job Accountabilities: GMP audits Glass and Hygiene audits Internal system auditing Specification determination via statistical analysis LIMS management Environmental swabbing Stock monitoring and reporting Stock sampling and assessment THE IDEAL CANDIDATE. We're looking for a candidate that shows enthusiasm, initiative and excellent communication skills.
