The firm enjoy a superb reputation across the Midalnds & North of England and have recenently established themselves in the local area with the intention to grow their client base and become a key player. The department as whole is made up of 5 fee earners so although not the largest firm in the area in terms of head count they do have some of the highest quality of work. The firm adopts quite a relaxed approach to the way it operates and operates a quality over quantity approach. It prefers to focus on their clients satisfaction and results that their clients are happy with rather than trying to bill as much as possible on each matter and setting high targets. They adopt a very "grown up" type attitude across the practice and allow their lawyers plenty of autonomy which they feel creates a happier and more productive firm and allows them to continue to provide a very client centered service.
