Overview
Analyst opportunity within Corporate Restructuring & Advisory at a leading International Advisory Practice offering broad case exposure, career progression and ACA / ACCA study support. THE COMPANY A leading International Corporate Restructuring & Advisory Practice renowned for providing Debt Advisory & Restructuring, Turnaround & Rescue, Formal Insolvency and Accelerated M&A solutions to mid-market and large Corporate businesses. The Practice has offices in several major UK Cities and a strong Global footprint. THE OPPORTUNITY An opportunity has arisen within the firm's Manchester office that would be ideally suited to a Graduate, AAT or CPI Qualified (or equivalent) individual with an Accounting background and a strong desire to develop a career within the Restructuring & Advisory sector. As an Analyst your responsibilities will involve: Working on Administration cases (Trading, Pre-Pack), involved in cases from initial instruction onwards. Supporting Directors with negotiation of Business Sale / M&A transactions. Involvement in Financial Advisory Projects including Pre-Insolvency Advice, Solvent Reconstructions, Business Reviews & Forecasts, Strategic Planning and Working Capital Management.
