Overview
Our client, a rapidly expanding leading automotive insurance group are looking for a Customer Complaints Handler to join their Compliance & Quality team. Working out of their modern office in Coleshill, Birmingham this Customer Complaints Handler role requires an individual who is passionate about providing a high level of customer service at all times and able to show empathy and compassion for customers issues and concerns. As the Customer Complaints Handler, able to listen actively to customer needs, you will: Be responsible for accurate and timely investigation of complaints in accordance with internal processes and regulatory requirements To keep the complaints QBE up-to-date and ensure that we are not in breach of any guidelines or timescales. Investigate, analyse and handle resolution of complaints taking into account FCA and TCF guidelines Liaise with departments responsible to understand position of claim and findings Communicate with customers in an effective manner to discuss concerns and confirm the outcome of complaint investigations Maintain the Client Dissatisfaction Report on a daily basis and report to the business Maintain accurate information to support workflow To ensure confidentiality in accordance with GDPR To achieve objectives and targets set Carry out reasonable tasks as requested by your line Manager To be considered for this role of Customer Complaints Handler the ideal candidate will be an organised individual and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will have experience of working in a similar role with general knowledge of the claims process along with influencing & negotiation skills. An understanding of the FCA and "Treating Customers Fairly" Guidelines would be advantageous but not essential.
