Registered Pharmacist Opportunities Salary up to c£42,000 (DOE) £4,800 car allowance bonus, private healthcare, pension, 26 days’ annual leave Bank Holidays A you a Registered Pharmacist looking for a new career? We are looking for a Registered Pharmacists with clinical experience in primary care to join a leading independent clinical services provider. You will to work in partnership with NHS healthcare providers providing clinical reviews and medicines management in line with current Department of Health guidance across a wide range of therapeutic areas. Field based the role is full time Mon to Friday Territory Oxfordshire Herefordshire / Gloucestershire Suffolk Lincoln Sheffield Liverpool / South Cheshire / Stoke Scarborough / Whitby York / Harrogate / Wetherby / Bridlington / Driffield Exeter/ Plymouth Our client provides a nationwide team of field based clinical Pharmacists committed to working with GP Practices and LHBs to optimise patient outcomes. They deliver innovative services and solutions that use clinical expertise and analytical data to maximize therapy outcomes. You will be field based and covering LHBs and GP Practices in a geographical area. Working across a variety of therapy areas including diabetes, CHD, COPD, Asthma, Stroke Prevention and Osteoporosis and in partnership with GP Practices you will conduct clinical audits and run bespoke patient review services providing telephone support or Pharmacist led clinics. These audits not only provide a highly regarded service to GPs and Practice Nurses they also improve the management of patients with chronic and complex conditions. Commercially focused you will be responsible for ensuring your GP Projects are completed in a timely fashion and all objectives are met. You will plan your customer appointments and clinics to run patient reviews efficiently to generate maximum results.
