Overview
We are currently working on a HR Generalist role for a well-known fashion brand. Based in West London/Greater London, this nation wide known company is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join the HR team on a temporary basis until the end of the year with a potential to be extended until for 12 months. Given the nature of the role, we are looking to speak with Immediate Starters only and you must be available to start ASAP. Overview of the role: Experience in a general HR role A confident decision maker with intelligent judgement Good influencing/persuasion skills Good planning and project management skills Ability to cope with a busy workload and changing priorities with a sense of urgency Commercial and in tune with business priorities You should currently be at HR Generalist or Senior HR Advisor level and be used to working in a fast paced retail environment. On offer is a competitive salary rate, the opportunity to learn and grow within an established fashion company and the potential to go permanent at the end of the temporary contract. As a temp, you will receive your pay on a weekly basis and also get the chance to join a pension scheme. Up to £23p/hour, dependent on experience.
