Overview
Longreach Recruitment are hiring a Senior MI Analyst for a specialist Analytical and Resource Planning team. This is an ideal position for a contact centre experienced MI Analyst / Reporting Analyst / Data Analyst who has had experience of working in or with Resource Planning / Workforce Management teams. You’ll have superb Excel abilities (ideally incorporating VBA) and some previous experience with WFM systems would be beneficial. The position is based in modern offices located in Cardiff and provides a base salary of £28’000 Bonus Exceptional Benefits Package Key Role Purpose & Responsibilities of the MI Analyst include. The MI Analyst is responsible for the creation and timely delivery of MI Reports and Performance Packs providing detailed information on key performance metrics (KPI’s) and individual / team / department performance against expectations and targets. You’ll also play a role in assisting in the development and refinement of excel based models and forecasts to determine workload demand and fte planning You’ll interact with a broad stakeholder population to refine and improve existing reporting Produce regular & ad-hoc MI Reports for key stakeholders from core reporting platforms Prepare, analyse and present performance and productivity reports What Have You Done Before? What Do You Need to Demonstrate?
