The role of Customer Service Advisor is as follows: Responding to customer queries via email within agreed SLA's Answering calls from customers and taking ownership of queries Dealing with refunds and returns Strong IT and MS Office skills An understanding of Social Media Experience with ZenDesk is highly beneficial Excellent communication skills 100% proficiency in English language, strong spelling and grammar Another language would be ideal, French, German or Chinese Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
