Overview
Elevation Recruitment Group are partnered exclusively with a SME business based in Barnsley. Over the last few years the business has gone from strength to strength and as a result, are now looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join their maintenance team. Main Functions; - Minimise plant downtime and maintain facilities - Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks - To diagnose plant faults while attempting to drive to the route cause - To ensure H&S procedures are adhered to - To work under your own initiative or with minimal supervision - To comply with all company procedures Desired Experience; - Proven experience in heavy industry ideally with a background in mining - Experience with hydraulics & pneumatics - Good fault finding and problem-solving skills If you feel you meet the above criteria please apply directly for the role, if you would like further information on the position, reach out directly to Jordan Shutt on .
