Overview
I am exclusivley recruiting for an Immediately Available Financial Accountant to join a well-established and reputable company based in Eccles on an interim basis for 6 months with a view to go permanent. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this role is responsible for effective financial services across the group and subsidiaries. This role will be key in supporting the successful delivery of Financial Accounts and responsible for the legislative and regulatory compliance. Your duties will include but are not limited to: Responsible for leading on the preparation of the annual statutory accounts for the Group Responsible for leading on the annual external audit process for the Group. Responsible for HMRC compliance and considerations for the Group Responsible for the accurate completion and submission of any financial regulatory returns Responsible for the annual business plan stress testing and analysis for the Group and its members, providing variance analysis and reporting as required. Assessing the financial risks and tax implications from a commercial and technical perspective Oversee the preparation of accurate, relevant and timely financial information including providing management information to Boards, Committees and the Senior Management Team when required. You will be Qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA or QBE with substantial relevant experience to be considered. This position comes with great benefits including flexible working hours.
