Sales | Customer Service | Manager | 37.5 hours per week | North Cheam | £32k per year Spire St Anthony’s Hospital are looking for an experienced Team leader to directly manage our team of Sales Advisors responsible for responding to Self Pay pricing requests Founded in 1904, Spire St Anthony's Hospital delivers care from skilled and dedicated staff working together with leading medical practitioners. With a recent 27m development investment we provide very high quality healthcare to patients around Sutton, Epsom, Surrey and South London. We offer a different approach to private healthcare offering a variety of specialist treatments across 6 theatres, a Physiotherapy Department with Hydrotherapy Pool and offer level 2 and 3 critical care. Reporting to the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the line management of our Self Pay Sales team. You will be expected to manage rotas and take a lead on their development including training, 1-2-1’s and management of KPI’s. Although primarily a management role due to the nature of the department you will be required to assist with calls coming through from patients requesting information on Self Pay and provide any assistance as required.
