Pricing Manager

We currently have the unique opportunity to join our Finance / Pricing team as a Pricing Manager, responsible for pricing up new bids, projects and contracts. Minimum Criteria: MBA Finance/ CA with 3 to 5 years of experience, out of which at least 2 years of relevant experience in a FP&A or Pricing role for a BPO industry Experience in FP&A or Pricing in BPO Industry with experience of BPaaS will be a bonus Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities: To price for all upcoming opportunities across verticals and geographies. To support the stakeholders in preparing customized financial solutions for clients. To provide in-depth analysis on costs, pricing models and projected profitability on deals. To conduct regular analysis on existing client programs and derive methods to improve profitability and align assumptions on bids To provide innovative solutions which would help the sales team present robust and attractive propositions to clients. Desired Skills and Attributes : Excellent understanding of the BPO industry Good knowledge of operational metrics and their impact on the business Good working knowledge of Finance including understanding of P&L, Cash Flow, ROIetc Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent knowledge of Excel Ability to crunch numbers and work on a large amount of data Multi-tasking skills would be of paramount importance Ability to work independently, handle pressure and deliver to deadlines Flexibility
