Job Title: 2nd Line Support Engineer Industry: Government Administration Job Type: Permanent Salary: £30, 000 - £35,000 Location: London The Role: Provide 1st and 2nd line support for incidents and service requests Manage end user accounts Provide onsite, field and remote support to all functions and areas of the business Identify trending issues and possible problems when performing preventative maintenance Network monitoring and troubleshooting Ensure all incidents and service requests are resolved and closed within agreed SLA’s Setup and configure new hardware for the business Skillset: At least 2 – 3 years’ experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of IT environments IT Degree or equivalent IT qualification Active Directory Group Windows If this sounds like the ideal role for you, please send through your up to date CV.
