Overview
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to support and guide the Housekeeping teams in delivery of effective customer focused solutions, which provide high levels of customer service. You will have a good operational knowledge of housekeeping operations within residential properties. You will have a sound knowledge of relevant H&S activities associated with housekeeping operations within Residential properties. You will have supervisory experience in a customer-focussed environment, working with teams delivering housekeeping services. The post holder will support and monitor the performance of the Housekeeping Team to meet timescales and standards as communicated by the Duty Manager. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the day to day activities of the housekeeping team are carried out in accordance with established processes and procedures. This is a 30 hour per week contract working Mon-Fri, 09:00 - 15:30.
