Job Opportunity: Statutory Reporting Assistant Manager Location: Milton Keynes - occasional travel to other UK sites may be required (mainly London) Salary: Up to £44,000 depending on experience excellent benefits including 25 days’ holiday, plus bank holidays, company pension, life assurance, annual discretionary bonus more Job Type: Permanent Job Reference: PH9886 Reporting into the Statutory Reporting Senior Manager, you will play a vital role in delivery of all Statutory Reporting for my clients’ group of companies Assisting in the preparation and reconciliations required to produce Statutory Financial Statements and all notes to the accounts, for the Group, LLP and subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with IFRS accounting standards and policies Working closely with our external auditors and resolving issues Performing reconciliations of all key statutory adjustments within the balance sheet and income statement Performing ad hoc analysis and working on projects as required Supporting implementation of new accounting standards Working in a diverse team within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution Your professional experience Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Experience of delivery of statutory and group reporting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Problem solving and analytical skills Energy and motivation; an enthusiastic and dedicated team member Strong organizational skills with ability to work on using your own initiative and work well within the team to meet deadlines Experience of working in a professional services organisation is preferred but not essential Wilde Associates is working in the capacity of an Employment Agency for this role
