Overview
ACCOUNT HANDLER We have a new vacancy for our client based in Huntingdon for an Account Handler. The purpose of this role is to provide a professional, prompt and efficient service to Brokers and Insurers and to observe FCA regulations. Skills and qualifications required: ·Competent level in Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook ·Good written and oral communication skills ·Knowledge of all products and services ·General knowledge of the insurance market ·Competent in Maths and English Main duties: ·To assist brokers with new business enquiries, liaising with insurers when necessary ·To ensure all correct documents and information are available for each quotation ·Process mid-term adjustments and cancellations ·Agree renewal terms with customers ·All related administration to claims and ad hoc duties This role is paying up to £19,000 per annum.
