Overview
Financial Controller required Outskirts of Cardiff Salary of up to £45,000 per annum My client, based in the outskirts of Cardiff is seeking a hands-on and experienced Financial Controller to join its small team. Reporting into the Financial Director of the business, the main duties of the role will include - Management of the finance department (4 staff) Cash flow forecasting and preparation of annual budgets Preparing detailed financial reports Preparation of monthly reports and presentation to directors Support month end close Analysis of various KPIs Treasury Management Weekly analysis of WIP for service and part departments Analysis of stock including consignment stock Payroll both monthly and weekly VAT returns FCA reporting Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts Advice on system improvements My client is able to consider applicants of qualified or non-qualified accountants, but the QBEs will need to have relevant experience within the Motor Industry. Good Excel skills are required for the role, and ideally previous use of Kerridge as well.
