Senior Recruitment Consultant (Industrial Recruitment) Salary: basic £28000 per annum plus team performance bonus plus individual sales bonus Location: Heywood Senior Recruitment Consultant position is a highly demanding and diverse role that would consist of both; Account Management and Business Development activities. We are looking for commercially aware Industrial Recruitment Consultants / Account Managers with proven success in Sales. You will be accountable for your personal Business Development Budget so ability to promote PROMAN and winning new business is the key to success in this role. Senior Recruitment Consultant (Industrial Recruitment) The Candidate/ The Role This role would suit Recruitment Professionals who enjoys Business Development aspect of their role and who can prove previous success in sales in Industrial Recruitment. It will also suit individuals who have had previous experience in a high-volume recruitment and are now looking to develop their career with a successful and ambitious business services company. Senior Recruitment Consultant is a demanding role with the responsibility of managing your own Business Development Budget. You will be also leading and mentoring a line report. You will be in a position where you are working with business professionals and senior management figures but will also deal with candidates from every walk of life. Your main responsibilities will include… Attending clients visits and review meetings Attracting new business by individual sales activity which will include sales calls, attending meetings, rates negotiations and other marketing activities Mentoring and leading line report Understanding client’s requirements and ensuring jobs are filled within the required timeframe Maintaining effective relationship with existing clients and building relationship with new clients Writing and placing of adverts in order to attract candidates and screening candidates Attending and carrying out interview sessions within your region to assess suitability and availability of candidates for roles within your region Matching candidates to client’s roles to ensure that clients’ requirements are fulfilled Preparing candidates for inductions out on client sites and carrying out inductions for new starters Maintaining daily contact with clients and candidates Other duties as and when required.
