Finance Services Specialist Location : London E1 Salary : £25,000 - £30,000 gross per annum plus benefits Hours : Mon - Fri, 09:00AM - 17:30PM Exponential-e is a pioneer of connectivity, cloud and communication solutions. Your new role We are recruiting for the role of a Customer Service Specialist (Finance Services Specialist) in our Billing Services team. You will work closely with our customers and various internal departments and be part of an excellent team who are diligent and customer centric. Some of your responsibilities will include: To record and log tickets in a timely fashion To own the query and resolve within SLAs To build strong relationships with key stakeholders Work closely with all relevant internal teams to resolve larger issues To convey a professional & positive message during customer engagement What you’ll need to succeed To help continue with our world-class status, we need someone who can deliver excellence. As a Customer Service Specialist you must have great attention to detail, and a passion for customer satisfaction. Knowledge and Experience required: Must be PC literate and able to use standard software packages particularly Excel Responsible and willing to take ownership of work Experience working for an ISP or communications provider would be preferable but not essential Sharing responsibilities and strong team working capability Good communication skills are essential and must be able to work on own initiative Why Exponential-e?
