Overview
Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust Physiotherapist This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, motivated Physiotherapist for the Promoting Independence team in Worcester. Pay rate and banding is dependant on experience- Band 5, 6, 7 & 8a is available Main duties include the telephone triage of referrals from local and out of area, acute and community hospital Starting ASAP, Mon-Fri We work closely with hospitals and community teams to help provide a seamless journey back to their own home, wherever possible On the basis of this trusted assessment, short term support is requested from either Promoting Independence or the Neighbourhood Teams so that individuals can go home to complete their recovery as appropriate You will be working as part of a team consisting of other nursing/therapy staff, administrators and team manager Our Ideal Candidate: Car driver Relevant community/ hospital-based experience is essential NHS experience is desirable Please get in contact with Rachel from Piers Meadows Recruitment for more information.
