Overview
Credit Controller Basildon, Essex £26,000 - £27,000 bonus This is a newly created role, reporting to the Credit Manager, working alongside two other credit controllers. This is a demanding role that will suit someone who has 8-10 years credit control experience with exposure to a large company environment and bluechip customers. Responsible for managing a UK ledger of 750 accounts with a monthly value of up to £10million Dealing with complex and problem accounts that will require experience of dealing with bluechip clients, portals and high volume/high value accounts. Chasing debts by telephone and email Problem solving and query resolution Sending copy invoices and statements Making recommendations for write offs Resolving mis and unallocated cash. Cleaning up a backlog of aged debt Requirements You will need 10 years Credit Control experience Ability to work under pressure, prioritise debts and meet deadlines Experience of managing complex accounts, high volume & high values, portals and offshore credit control teams Advanced Excel Excellent communication skills and attention to detail If you are interested in this vacancy please contact Sarah Chandler at CWC Recruitment Ltd.
