Senior Accounts Administrator

Senior Accounts Administrator REED Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with a highly-successful commercial client in County Antrim to aid them in sourcing a Senior Accounts Administrator to join them in their dynamic and ambitious business on a Full Time Permanent basis. They are looking for a forward-thinking, experienced individual to deliver high levels of service and support to internal and external parties. THE ROLE To oversee the sales and purchase ledger function within the accounts department Ensure Timely and effective collection of all debts Perform reconciliation of all debtor balances including several complex maintenance and lender accounts Respond to and resolve internal/external customer enquiries in relation to debt Ensure processes and procedures within the accounts function are adhered to Work closely with our Business Support team ensuring a seamless process within our administration function Occasional reception cover on a busy switchboard Other tasks as and when required ABOUT YOU 2/3 years’ experience within an accounts department managing ledgers would be preferable. Excellent analytical, numerical and data analysis skills. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail is a must. You’ll have advanced MS skills, with a strong working knowledge of Excel. You will possess a strong team ethos in your work and always willing to provide support to co-workers. An ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholder and demonstrate effective time management You’ll have a positive approach and your ‘can do’ thinking will mean you’re always keen to excel.
