Unix - Infra engineer Unix - Infra engineer £454 per day outside IR35 6 months North Greenwich The client is looking for a new Uni infra engineer to supplement the existing T&D Technology Service Operations (TSO) - Networks and Hosting (N&H) Team to deliver outcomes for the following hosting transformation workstreams. T&D Hosting Transformation has several initiatives to implement a strategy to reduces T&D's application hosting costs, develop a flexible, scalable and agile hosting model whilst ensure data security and compliance is not compromised. Essential X3 Keys skills the individual must have to be considered for the role Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 & 7 System administration Red Hat Satellite administration Azure fundamentals/administration Desirable X5 (approx.) skills that would be highly advantageous Solaris OS Oracle Enterprise Manager Veritas storage for Solaris LDAP and Active Directory Other Skills Such as MS Office or ITIL ITIL MS DevOps PowerBi Behaviours & Competencies Planning control, Using Data effectively Attention to detail, Process focused Self-motivated If you meet the requirements listed above please make sure to apply by COP on 04/03/20 to avoid disappointment, similarly if you have any other questions about the role feel free to contact me via the details provided.
