VP Engineering

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.  Executive direction for IC Development to create a culture of commercially minded and high-quality execution to win in high growth market segments. Leading large mixed signal Engineering teams, ensuring exceptional execution standards. Leading teams in Analog/Mixed Signal Design Leading parallel product development across multiple engineering sites. Driving excellence in quality (on time to requirements with no defects) Developing exceptional leadership practice throughout the organization. Partnering with Marketing to contribute to the identification and prioritization of the IP Roadmap. The leadership of geographically dispersed teams Strong influencer and communicator with proven track record to successfully lead teams, projects, budgets, and schedules All company mindset able to confidently partner, collaborate and interact with all departments to drive optimum company performance. Ability to adjust style to influence, motivate and drive the right outcomes with internal groups, customers and supply chain Decisiveness - ability to make a timely decision to drive the execution/ performance Previous experience of driving/influencing the strategy (product, people, process, commercial).  M.S./Ph.D. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or similar. Typically, 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
