QA Manager - Automation - FinTech, QA, Java, Cucumber, Selenium, Agile, Testing A leading FinTech organisation based in the city of London are looking for an experienced QA Manager to join their talented, growing engineering team. The QA Manager will be an expert with test automation strategies and tools and will initially build the frameworks for the development team, before then looking to build and manage a team of around 6 QA Engineers over the coming 12 months. As a Test Automation Manager, you will be experienced with : Cucumber, Selenium, Protractor Agile development methodologies Test management and strategy Java environments understanding Leading teams of QA Engineers Previous hands-on test automation experience as an engineer This is an excellent opportunity for the QA Manager to join a well-known FinTech organisation, whilst also being able to put your own stamp on the team and build with the engineers that you have personally recruited. This will be a very pivotal role in the company, with complete ownership and delivery of the QA strategy for the business. As well as being extremely strong technically, you must be a passionate leader and be able to operate at board level within this excellent company who are looking to grow by 100 engineers in the next 2 years.
