Staffing Match are proud to be working in partnership with a leading retail logistics and supply chain company POUNDLAND WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR KEY WORKERS TO WORK WITHIN THE RETAIL INDUSTRY (THIS MEANS THAT WE CAN GIVE YOU A LETTER STATING THAT YOU ARE A KEY WORKER TO ENABLE YOUR CHILDREN TO REMAIN AT SCHOOL) We are recruiting: FLT REACH LICENCE WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES (MUST HAVE REACH LICENCE) Based in WIGAN - WN4 FLT REACH LICENCE WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES (MUST HAVE REACH LICENCE) £8.93 - £11.93 per hour VARIOUS SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 06:00-14:00 OR 14:00 - 22:00 OR 22:00 - 06:00 IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE - ROSTER GIVEN ON DAY 1 ONGOING SECURE POSITIONS TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITIES IMMEDIATE START ABOUT THE ROLE: Picking and packing items on inbound/outbound process Manual handling and lifting involved Parcels vary in weight - must be able to lift some heavy items Loading & unloading Working within a target driven retail distribution warehouse Reading labels and ensuring stock is distributed to the correct areas Operating of Mechanical Handling Equipment Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules Ability to read, understand and follow directions/instructions Ability to count accurately and to perform simple math calculations ABOUT YOU: Must be physically fit as some heavy lifting involved Reliable Team player Motivated Commitment A desire to learn new skills Initiative and the ability to solve problems Weekly pay each Friday PPE Provided 28 days holiday pa accrued for full time workers Excellent working conditions.
