Overview

Reporting to the Babcock on-site Manager, the On-Site Stock Co-ordinator is responsible for managing Arco stock on this key customer site. Being involved with a fully automated Vending supply solution, and as an On Site Stock Co-ordinator, you will visit key locations around Customer site to manage the on-site Stock. Key responsibilities of the On-Site Stock Co-ordinator: Efficiently manage own time to ensure customer sites are visited at agreed dates and times. Ensure stocks are counted and accurate data is fed back to the central team for invoicing and replenishment, using excel and inhouse systems. Monitor stock reports and make pro-active suggestions to relevant stakeholders to deal with slow moving, over-stocked or exit products Delivery of first class customer service To comply with vehicle servicing requirements and maintain the appearance of the Company vehicle. To be successful in this On Site Stock Co-ordinator role you will have the following knowledge and experience: • Experience of Stock/Inventory management • To have experience planning, prioritising daily and weekly workload Skills & Competencies: • To be customer focused and thus always put the customer first • Be a motivated and driven individual • To possess basic numeracy skills and strong Excel skills • Be a great team player • Full UK Driving Licence The On Site Stock Co-Ordinator will cover 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
