Overview

A CRM / Application Support Analyst is now sought by a leading specialist global manufacturing to undertake an exciting and diverse role that will offer the chance to support a broad range of CRM, ERP and Business Applications both bespoke and off the shelf. Exceptional training and development will be offered to become the Company SME in all things Salesforce CRM although previous Salesforce experience would be beneficial it is NOT ESSENTIAL. The CRM / Application Support Analyst will work in a small dedicated team undertaking the support of all CRM / ERP instances. Other responsibilities for the CRM / Application Support Analyst will include: Application support and issue resolution, incident management, project, bug fixing, application testing / release management with plenty of Client facing engagement. Essential skills and experience of the CRM / Application Support Analyst; - Commercial CRM /ERP application support experience - Commercial 2nd line application support - Basic SQL skills - Use of SQL Server Reporting Services / SSRS - Excellent communication skills This an exceptional development opportunity for an individual with commercial CRM and application support experience who wants to gain valuable knowledge and experience in Salesforce and relevant toolkits including SQL and SSRS. The successful CRM / Application Support Analyst will be offered a starting salary between £26,000 - £30,000 Benefits.
