Overview

My client is a high profile, progressive Wealth Management organisation. Due to their continued growth and plans for the future, they have an opportunity for a talented Learning and Development Training Administrator to join their Head Office team. Description Summary of role: To administer the learning management system (Litmos) and design e-learning/workbook solutions to support the development of their people, whilst ensuring ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of learning and development needs. Responsibilities: ·Design of e-learning solutions via Articulate Storyline ·Design of interactive workbooks to be loaded to the LMS system ·Maintain L&D systems, including LMS content and the training content via our intranet (the Hive), and company-wide training trackers, ensuring data is accurate and up to date ·Maintain relevant policies and procedures relating to e-learning, ensuring they are up to date and compliant with the latest legislation ·Administer staff, IFA and external PA e-learning induction ·Issue Evaluation Surveys for all training interventions. Analyse results and complete Evaluation Reports for sign off by L&D Manager ·Chase of all outstanding LMS solutions and providing accurate reposting to relevant departments. ·Input to monthly board reports ·Query resolution for LMS system issues ·Act as a backup for Learning & Development Administrator Any other reasonable request made by the Learning and Development Department or other members of the Senior Management Team Requirements Experience, Knowledge/Qualifications & Competencies: ·Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint ·Ability to design e-learning - preferred software is Articulate Storyline ·The ability to work autonomously. ·To embrace change and continuous improvement. ·Strong organisational and effective prioritising skills. ·Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with key stakeholders at all levels with confidence and credibility. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
