Epson are currently on the hunt for a detail-orientated Service Data Administrator to join our small and friendly Business Operations team. Reporting in to the Commercial Service Manager, the successful candidate will join Epson on an initial 6-month basis. The primary objectives are to full support for maintenance of EMEAR wide Extended warranty systems, entering product information, creating and administering the product SKU. This role is based out of our Sales and Marketing Offices, in Hemel Hempstead, UK. Key Responsibilities: Administer the extended warranty (CoverPlus) support system and provide support to the Product Managers Management of EPSON warranty systems by administering and setup (data entry) of new warranty packs Maintaining EMEAR pricelists on a monthly cycle in Neon (Epson bespoke system) product database Provide support for the creation of warranty packs for new products Provide support for service bid pricing of CoverPlus for Pan European service agreements Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Must be able to demonstrate a good level of experience with data entry and/or (service) administration Essential to have good attention to detail and able to accurately input data within a timely manner Good Microsoft Office skills with intermediate Excel, is required Previous experience of SAP is desirable Epson makes products for a wide range of customers and we are committed to having a diverse workforce.
