Product Manager - Salesforce Swindon - Up to £54,000 A reputable organisation based in Swindon are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to champion and promote the use of Salesforce across both internal and to external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Represent the business on the Funding Service (TFS) work, ensuring the new service enables continuity of service, feeding into system design and future onboarding or migration plans Responsibility for the design, implementation and prioritisation of the product roadmap to ensure it allows Innovate UK to meet its strategic priorities and the Delivery Plan Lead development, identifying opportunities and ensuring use of the platform is maximised and becomes an exemplar for future services across the business. Work collaboratively with the Head of Systems, other Product and Project Managers to ensure processes, systems and technology are appropriately aligned to the correct toolset to maximise our investments Work with Digital Data and Technology Team (DDaT) to ensure continuity of service and effective release management, including attendance at approval boards such as Technical Design Authority (TDA) and Transformation Boards as required. Represent the business at Salesforce events, keep ahead of upcoming functionality available from the regular releases and supported enabling tools to integrate with the product roadmap Chair product working groups to ensure we maximise our understanding and use of the product alongside delivering required communication and training to teams. Essential - Financial acumen and an understanding of achieving commercial outcomes, delivering added value, understanding market and customer issues and using these to promote business models. Proven ability to build effective working relationships with project and programme teams Proven understanding of customer relationship tools and operations systems, process and data.
