Overview
Plumbing and Heating Engineer for our client, they are a building maintenance / fit out contractor based close to the Slough area. They currently require the Gas Engineer / Multi-Trader to work throughout the western half of the M25 / western Home Counties (Berkshire, Surrey etc.) The Heating Engineer / Handyman will be responsible for the service, diagnosis / repair and installation of boilers, heating appliances and plumbing systems to both commercial and domestic sites. Along side plumbing and heating works the engineer / technician will be expected to assist other tradesman with work such as carpentry, tiling, painting and decorating, electrical work etc. It is expected that the Gas Engineer will hold both or either commercial or domestic gas tickets and relevant NVQ. It is not essential but is advantageous to have commercial experience and qualifications as there will be the option to gain the experience and qualification with our client. Plumbing and Heating Engineer Position Overview The Gas Engineer / Multi-Trader will be responsible for the service, repair and installation of plumbing and heating systems. Alongside heating work the Gas Engineer will also be responsible for occasionally assisting with other tradesman.
