Overview
Are you a DevOps or Agile professional with with experience of managing Agile delivery teams? My client, an exciting technology led business operating in the Utilities sector, is looking for an Agile Practice Lead to join their growing Digital team. This role will be responsible for: Recruitment, development and line management of members of agile delivery teams working on digital products Championing new ways of working within the Digital department and enabling progress towards Rapid Delivery across the organisation Ensuring best practice disciplines in the agile processes and governance are followed within the Agile and DevOps team Coaching and mentoring colleagues around agile practices They are keen to speak to candidates with experience of: Line management and recruitment of Agile Delivery teams Introducing agile techniques into organisations and advocating continuous improvement Building relationships and influencing business plans and strategies This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team who are on a journey to establish a more mature Agile environment with best practices and processes consistently achieved.
