Overview
Waking night support worker required to join a specialist, reputable Care provider for Adults with Learning disabilities, Autism and Mental Health conditions. The Waking night support worker role is based in Woking, Surrey. This Waking night position requires a Support worker to work on a 121 basis with an Adult with Learning disabilities within his own home. This position is a temporary to permanent contract . Shift times 22:00-07:00 - 3 waking nights a week, including weekends Benefits Opportunity to apply for the permanent role Weekly pay Quick interview and placement process Key Responsibilities- Supporting the service user with his evening routine Following his care plan and promoting independence Ensuring that the service user is living in a safe, healthy and happy environment Monitoring and improving the quality of care and support Ensuring that all the legal and regulatory standards are met Key Experience required Experience working with Adults with Learning disabilities, autism and mental health Experience of working on a 121 basis Experience of supporting a service user with personal care All applicants will be required to have an Enhanced DBS which is on the update service.
