Rhondda Cynon Taf Council are looking for an experienced Adult's Social Worker to join their team. This is a temporary, full time position with an immediate start available In this role you would be working in the community with adults with a physical disability and older people. As part of the role you will be involved in community and inter-agency working, assessment, care planning and reviews.
