Overview
A forward-thinking Yorkshire based firm are currently recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor to join their highly modernised firm. Our client is a top 100 UK law firm with an alternative structure, providing a top-quality service without the pressure of financial targets and instead focusing on quality over quantity. They are unique in their set up and their presence in the market is rapidly growing enabling them to be compared to major city firms. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge and practical experience of a broad range of Private Client work including the preparation of wills, lasting powers of attorney and trusts for all clients and handle probate and executorship matters. There will also be the opportunity to play an active part in the growth of the firm who are new to the York market, getting involved in the business development and networking within the local business community. Whilst having a following isn't essential, the firm is really keen to support individuals in building their practice and so ideas, plans and concepts to generate work are fully supported. The firm envisages the successful Private Client Solicitor to be 6 years' PQE, however this is given purely as a guideline, and candidates who are perhaps more experienced are still encouraged to apply.
