Overview
Alexander Chapel are currently working with a Children’s Care provider who have Registered Manager positions based within Erdington & Wolverhampton. As an experienced Registered Manager within the Children’s sector you will be familiar with duties such as: - Responsible for the day to day running of the service and management of staff. - Referrals of new young people to the service. - Supporting young adults with hygiene routines, healthy eating, family contact, managing emergencies, attending appointments, paying bills & money management. - Bringing the best out of each young person within your staffs care, enhancing the social, practical and emotional skills for adult years. - Overseeing all financial & HR responsibilities. - Ensuring the home meets its standards and expectations of its statement of purpose. - Managing and keeping to budgets. - Meeting Ofsted requirements. Wolverhampton: This is a brand-new unit due to be open soon catering for children with learning & physical difficulties. Erdington: This is a one bedded unit for a child with severe emotional behavioural disorder and challenging behaviour. Please note there is also a fantastic bonus structure in place with potential extra earning of £14k per annum.
