Great opportunity for a Credit Controller to join this leading Manufacturing and Production business based in Nuneaton on a temp to perm basis. Client Details My client is a exceptional organisation based in Nuneaton who have a global footprint and are currently recruiting on a temp to perm basis for a dedicated and driven Credit Controller. Description The Credit Controller position based in Nuneaton will include: Management of a varied sales ledger (multi million pound customers) Communication and negotiation with customers to resolve and secure outstanding payments Investigate queries and disputes Work with the Sales Ledger team to resolve payment allocation issues and investigate problems Work effectively with the sales operations team to ensure effective communication with customers Maintain, build on and retain excellent working relationships with customers Negotiate repayments with customers and manage credit risks by monitoring payment history Review and amend credit terms in line with company policy and agreement with manager Profile The sucessful applicant will have previous commercial Credit Control experience and have excellent communication skills. You will be confident using various IT skills including Excel and have the ability to manage a varied and high volume workload.
