Overview
Role and Responsibilities Each Field Maintenance Representative (FMR) will be responsible for visiting and re-visiting approximately a set number of outlets, including independent and convenience shops. Each FMR will be required to follow a weekly schedule, implement re-brand changes, clean units, and carry out any required scheduled or reported service /maintenance visits. All work will be required to be reported back via PDA’s. • Plan and Prepare effective call coverage with the Project Management team • Adhere to schedule and report any alterations back to project management team • Ensure tools available are in place to carry out designated tasks. • Co-ordinate and communicate stock requirements with the Project Management team to ensure adequate stock levels are in place to carry out the designated tasks • Complete Unit re-branding and cleaning within company guidelines and SLA • Complete Minor repairs / maintenance within company guidelines and SLA • Record all visits with PDA and ensure information is captured and transmitted after every site visit • Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care. • Have an understanding of Health and Safety, CSCS and PAT testing • Achieve SLA (Service Level Agreement) targets You will need to have: Practical experience of general maintenance/inspection Eligibility to work in the UK Full UK driving licence held for 12 months or longer and with less than 6 penalty points Availability to work between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday Willing and able to travel and stay away as required
