Overview
Main Purpose of Job To ensure great quality food is produced at all times using ingredients that are prepared to menu specifications. To ensure a high standard of service is delivered to every guest throughout their entire journey To manage an efficient and effective team that can provide food for multiple covers at any one time, whilst ensuring the company and legal standards are adhered to. To provide customers with a memorable experience. Main Duties Sales & Service ? To ensure all stations / departments are set up and ready to produce food ahead of service commencing ? Coach the team on delivering outstanding food quality and service excellence on every cover ? Ensure the food and service meets the company specifications ? To escalate issues with food quality or guest service to your line manager and advise on amendments that reflect your entrepreneurial skills and commercial acumen ? Lead from the front during peak trading times, to ensure efficient service is delivered to all guests ? Drive the service team with promoting certain dishes to the guests to aid efficiency in the kitchen and maximise cost savings/minimise waste and drive average spend
